Running the Lawrence County Health Department (LCHD) is a big job. There are several different services provided and agencies housed there. The Lawrence County CEO class visited LCHD and heard about just what it takes to manage this facility. Amy Marley, Administrator and Liz Weber, Human Resources Director spoke to the class about the many services that are housed at LCHD. They also shared the importance of trying to bring these services together to better serve Lawrence County. Managing personnel and being fiscally responsible are very important to running a business.
