Thursday the Lawrence County CEO class visited Route 50 CrossFit. Morgan Arnold with Route 50 CrossFit shared the “why” she and her husband Jarad started their business. They both were active in CrossFit. They both researched a need for a CrossFit existed. There were many others in the community and surrounding area who wanted a CrossFit gym where they could attend classes and workout. Morgan talked about their members pay a membership fee to use the gym and services. They determined their prices by totaling their expenses and setting a price they felt others could afford and were in line with area communities our size. Thank you Morgan for our short workout. It was real fun!! We enjoyed our time at Route 50 CrossFit.
