The Lawrence County CEO class has been busy since Spring Break. Let us catch you up on our visits.

It was great to be the guests of the Lawrence County Courthouse. County Clerk and Recorder Will Gibson talked with the class about the many duties of the Recorder and Clerk’s Office. We then proceeded to the newly renovated Court Room. Cheryl Winkles, Lawrence County Circuit Clerk, Daniel Shinkle, Public Defender, Brady Waldrop, States Attorney and 2nd Judicial Circuit Judge, Michael Strange all spoke to the class. It was very interesting to hear about what goes on in Circuit court. The class learned alot about County government during the visit.
