Bright Start Child Care Center hosted the Lawrence County CEO class on Monday. Each of us were so impressed with the many details of this facility. Bright Start must adhere to many regulations. These regulations are in place to provide a safe environment where the children can thrive. Bright Start addresses a huge need in our community—the need for child care.
