Thursday Cory Funk with Funk Land Management dropped by the Lawrence County CEO class. Cory shared his passion for what he does. He talked about starting and owning your own business requires lots of sacrifice. Cory made sacrifices financially and with his time. Cory stressed how important it is to include your family in your decisions. Family is important. One of the most important messages Cory shared was to stay true to your word. If you promise something to a customer you need to deliver. The one thing you have in this world is your word. Word of mouth marketing can help build a business but a negative review can also tear it down. Work hard and treat your customer with respect. Thank you Cory. The class enjoyed you sharing your business story.
