Last week the Lawrence County CEO class had the pleasure to tour the Lawrence County Historical Society and History Museum. Their exhibit Ladies of Lawrence featured ladies fashion from 1850 to 1950. What a great piece of history. We were so impressed with the items and the care that was given to each. We also had the opportunity to see the History Museum. The amount of history in this building is quite impressive. We are so fortunate to have individuals in our community who have a passion for preserving our history so generations to come can learn from our past. If you are looking for an opportunity to volunteer this would be a great way to give back to your community.
