Last Tuesday Coco’s Café and the Buttercream Bake Room hosted the Lawrence County CEO class. Jan Loeb shared the importance of having a vision for your business. Having a vision is to have a clear picture of a desired future state, which can serve as a guiding compass for personal or organizational goals. Jan’s vision can be seen through her many projects in Lawrenceville. She shared one of the important aspects of business are people. Jan has worked very hard to provide a supportive environment for her employees. We thank Edra for helping the class learn the art of icing a cupcake.
