Pricing your product or service can be difficult. Monday Eldon and Janice Scherer, owners of the Dairy Dee hosted the Lawrence County CEO group and talked about how she determines pricing for their items. She includes all components of the item as well as packaging. Janice reminded the class they must also remember other costs such as insurance, utilities, etc. These items must be considered as you operate your business. Janice and Eldon stressed how important good customer service can be to a business’s success. Always strive to provide a quality product. In the event the customer has a concern always work hard to make the situation right for the customer. We are so happy to have the Dairy Dee in our community. Thank you for a great tour and for some delicious ice cream.
