The Lawrence County CEO class recently visited the Mid-American Air Center. Devon talked with the group about the history of the Air Center. George Field played a major role in World War II. Many aircrafts were housed there. A large number of airmen were also housed there. Since that time many aircraft stop and fuel or house their plane while making business meetings. Over the next several years, Devon mentioned we may see some major projects. We are very fortunate to have the Mid-American Air Center in our county. Thank you Devon for a wonderful tour and letting us see the inside of a plane. We were impressed with the many business aspects of the Mid American Air Center.
