The Lawrence County CEO group started their business visits off last Wednesday. Wild Child Flower Farm hosted the group. Delores Weiss talked to the class about her why—why Wild Child Flower Farm was created. Delores ,her husband Scott, daughter Macee and son in law Isaac all work together to provide this you pick flower experience. Together they had a passion to start their business. Delores stressed to the group starting your business is not easy it takes a detailed business plan and a lot of hard work. She talked about the challenges the business has faced this year. Mother Nature has not been kind. They have learned some valuable lessons from these challenges that will make their business stronger. Delores and her team are quite passionate about their work.
