Our visit on Thursday concluded at Flying S. Flying S is an aeronautical business that makes parts and products for a number of organizations. The history of Flying S is amazing. Flying S started in a small barn across the street from the present facility. Over the years they have increased their space several times. The demand for what they do has increased each year. Penny and her husband David know their employees are their number one asset. The employees have a flexible schedule and they only run one shift. Being with your family is important. Flying S also provides a daily lunch for their employees. For $5 employees can receive a home cooked lunch. The class was fortunate to have lunch at the facility. The work environment promotes the success Flying S has realized over the years.
